All sales made through Quality Culture Apparel are final unless otherwise stated. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our apparel and limited releases, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
Exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for unworn, unwashed items returned in their original condition within 7–14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

At Quality Culture Apparel, each piece is crafted with purpose and passion. Due to the nature of our drops and limited releases, all sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your experience.

📦 How to Request an Exchange

If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out your replacement or issue store credit.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or our error.

Please allow 5–7 business days from the time we receive your return to process the exchange or store credit.
